2 Processing frame
2.1 Sources and categories of data
Within the scope of this survey, the data that you provide us with will be processed.
These data can be:
- Name
- first name
- email address
- Company affiliation
- Phone number
Under certain circumstances, metadata may still be collected (IP address at survey start, duration of processing). However, these are not processed and are discarded after four days at the latest.
2.2 Purposes and legal basis of the processed data
We process your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG-New) and other relevant laws.
The data will be used to incorporate your feedback into the development and improvement of our products. If necessary, we use the data to contact you regarding the information you have provided.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data from this survey is primarily Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR in conjunction with § 26 BDSG-new. According to this, the processing of the data is permitted if you agree to the processing of your data. You give this consent by checking the corresponding checkbox before the start of the survey. The consent is given voluntarily.
We would like to point out that you can revoke your consent informally at any time. Your data will then no longer be processed and will be deleted, provided that no legal retention periods need to be observed.
The indication of your email address is necessary in order to be able to ask possible further questions in a targeted manner.
2.3 Consequences of not providing data
Failure to provide personal information in this survey will not have any direct, negative consequences for you. All information that is passed on via the Micrsoft Teams information channel can also be obtained via the established communication channels (e.g. verbally via the supervisor or poster).
2.4 Automated individual case decisions
We do not use purely automated decision-making procedures in accordance with Article 22 GDPR. If we do use such a procedure in individual cases in the future, we will inform you of this separately if this is required by law.

2.7 Storage periods
Your personal data will be stored as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose. Deletion is carried out after the purpose has been fulfilled, taking into account the legal retention periods.
